Payment
Your credit card is charged at the completion
of your order entry as a part of our automated and secure online payment
system.
We've made every effort to make our system a secure one. In order
to provide our customers with the most secure and private online shopping
environment available, Just AV uses state-of-the-art technology to
protect credit card numbers and other confidential information you
provide when placing an order.
For your convenience, Just AV accepts payment in full via MasterCard,
VISA, Switch, Maestro, Delta or American Express, at the time you
place your order. American Express payments will incur an additional
1.5% service charge.
All of our transactions are safe and secure, using 128 bit encryption
with SSL.
For our customers' safety and security, we will contact customers
using the information provided to confirm all orders. Customers are
also encouraged to contact us on 01628 822 066 to place their
order over the phone if needed.
If you would like to buy products on account our payment terms are strictly 30 days from invoice date. Credit is awarded at Just AV's discretion and can be withdrawn at any time without notice. Ownership of the goods has not passed to the buyer until payment has been made in full. The time of payment shall be the essence of the contract and receipts for payment will only be issued on request.
If the buyer fails to make any payment on the due date then, without prejudice, Just AV shall be entitled to cancel the contract or suspend further deliveries of goods to the buyer. Just AV is also entitled to charge the Buyer interest (both before and after any judgement) on the amount unpaid at the rate of four per cent per annum above HSBC's base rate from time to time until payment in full is made (a part of a month being treated as a full month for the purpose of
calculating interest).
Order Entry
All orders must be received completed online by 2.00 pm and over the
phone by 3.30pm to be entered that day. Orders received after those
times will be entered as of the next business day. Saturdays, Sundays
and holidays are not considered business days.
Carriage Charges
All orders are subject to carriage charges. All shipments are insured
and require an adult signature for the purpose of protecting our customers'
purchases. However, it should be noted that once shipments leave our
possession they become the responsibility of the customer. If shipping
mishaps do occur, Just AV will work with the customer to do everything
we can to assist in the recovery of the situation.

Quality and Satisfaction
We make every effort to ensure that you receive the best possible
product. Our consultants stand ready to assist you in selecting the
right product. Additionally, we have provided educational resources
on our site to assist you as much as possible. Furthermore, we select
and work only with high quality products. We strongly encourage all
of our customers to contact us with any questions, concerns or challenges
that they may be facing. We welcome the opportunity to put our years
of experience to work in helping you with your presentation needs.
If a product you have ordered appears to be defective, please contact
within 7 days of receipt of your product and Just AV will coordinate
with you to provide a replacement product as soon as possible. Depending
on the product in question, standard shipping charges may apply. If
a customer contacts us after 7 days of receipt of the product, we
will provide contact information for the product manufacturer so that
the customer may coordinate with the manufacturer's warranty plan.
Returns or Cancelled Orders
We understand that some customers may need to cancel orders or return
products for various reasons. Just AV's policies for these circumstances
are as follows:
If within 7 days of receipt of your product, you determine it does
not meet your needs, you may exchange it for full credit if you upgrade
to a product that is in stock and of equal or greater value. If not
upgrading, a 20% restocking fee will apply. The customer is
responsible for shipping costs to have the undesired unit shipped
back to Just AV. The customer is then charged normal shipping rates
to ship new product after an upgrade is determined.
All boxes, remotes, cabling, and documentation, and packaging must
be in new condition. If packaging is not in original condition, contact
a Just AV representative to determine additional fees for that product.
PLEASE NOTE: Before returning anything to us, you first MUST
obtain a Return Merchandise Authorisation (RMA) number. Any returns
mailed to us without a pre-approved RMA may be refused without notice
and automatically returned.
To obtain a RMA, please e-mail us at customerservice@just-av.co.uk
(request must contain your full name, order number and contact phone
number) or call 01628 822 066. An RMA number is valid for 5
days.
Please note you will be responsible for all shipping and insurance
charges for returns, unless otherwise indicated. If you choose not
to insure your package, and we do not accept return of the Product
for reasons stated above, you will be responsible for any loss or
damage. The purchase price (less any applicable open box fees or missing
parts fees) will be credited upon our acceptance of the merchandise
in as-new condition in conformity with this policy.
Please allow 3 business days from the time we accept your Return Merchandise
for the processing of your return. Please allow 5-10 business days
to process any refunds. Additional charges may be assessed for Products
returned with any missing parts and/or accessories.
Each product is fully guaranteed by the manufacturer. The complete
warranty is included with the product. The manufacturers warranty
covers repair or replacement of defective parts. Please see warranty
information in the user manuals. Just AV Limited does not provide
any warranty on any of the products sold. Specifications and pricing
